Printed in 1985, this full sheet print of 22″ by 30″ 4 color lithograph was originally printed in black ink only edition of 13 in 1975 during graduate school at Western Michigan University, and overprinted with process color in 1985. It is considered by Jake to be as close to a self-portrait as it can be, as it illustrates a fully committed and energetic line work that is both syncopated, partially obliterated, and called strangely beautiful, a kind of organized chaos. An impression is part of the retrospective exhibit, Out of the Fire; Reclaiming 50 Years of Art, but a few impressions are available for purchase.
