1996 4 color lithograph from stone. To Be Alive is part of a suite of prints that were produced during a partial studies release time from Dordt.  A Northwest Iowa tree image in a looser gestural style. Measuring 8 by 10″ image area, and was printed on StoneHenge white, domestic rag stock.
